#Pursuitofportaits Hello 2017

The creators of POP (Pursuit of Portraits) hosted their annual Instameet Hello 2017 in NYC, where hundreds of photographers from across the country come to make friends, network, socialize, and take awesome portraits. 

The Pursuit of Portraits is an Instagram community of portrait lovers featuring their best portraiture photography. What started out as personal Instagram account for Saunak Shah, the founder of POP evolved into a universal and diverse community for talented individuals. 

The platform continues to grow as they continue to host their events such as the Instameets and publishing their inaugural print magazine catered to the art of portraiture by fellow photographers. They also partnered with brands such as Scotch & Soda, Fujifilm, NewYork.com, Dan Wellington, W Hotels, and more. 

Despite the wet and cold weather the Instameet was a success. It was a great way to start off the new year by connecting with fellow talented creators and opening up a world of opportunities.
